2. How long do I have to return an item?

You have up to 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

3. What is the process for returning an item?

To initiate a return, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Send us an email at customer_service@titoattire.com to notify us of your return.
  2. We will email you once your return has been approved and provide you with an RMA#.
  3. Package and ship your return, including a copy of the packing slip if possible.

That's it! Once our warehouse receives your return, it can take 7-10 days for us to inspect, process, and refund your purchase.

4. What are the conditions for a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain situations may result in only partial refunds, such as items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return has been approved, it can take 7-10 days for us to inspect, process, and refund your purchase. After the refund has been processed, credit card refunds usually take 1-2 business days to be reflected in your account. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at customer_service@titoattire.com and include your order details. Ship the item to Tito Attire at the provided address, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. There are no exclusions or promo codes required.
